Paula Patton's messy custody battle with Robin Thicke just reached new heights as the actress made a claim saying the singer took the social worker charged with protecting their son to an expensive dinner.

According to TMZ, the actress filed docs where she accused Thicke and his attorney of "initiating a bunch of back-channel communication with the Department of Children and Family Services staff." Getting to the specifics, the Baggage Claim star claimed they wined and dined a case worker at a fancy sushi restaurant.

In addition to those claims, the actress is also accusing her estranged husband of falsely reporting to law enforcement that she kidnapped their son, Julian. Patton believes Thicke messed with the custody order to give the impression that she was intending on kidnapping Julian.

She added that Thicke's sole intention was to embarrass her in front of their son by trying to have the police arrest her.
