Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan, best known for chart-topping tracks like "Type of Way" and "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)," has passed away at the age of 34.

The rapper reportedly died Thursday (September 5) in his Atlanta home, according to his family and a rep for the Fulton County morgue who spoke with TMZ.

Born Dequantes Lamar, Rich Homie Quan started his career in Atlanta's hip-hop scene, gaining early attention for his mixtapes.
