Today’s clear example actually comes from an interracial couple. Los Angeles Charger Jahleel Addae and his fiancé Lindsey Nelson are receiving criticism for a post Lindsey made on her Instagram story.

While at a restaurant, Addae, Nelson and other interracial couples all made a toast. To what? They’re all heard saying, To “more light skinned kids.” Nelson also captioned her story post with the toast just to make sure you didn’t misinterpret their colorism.
