‘The Game’ Star Pooch Hall Facing Six Years In Prison For Child Endangerment
Pooch Hall broke the internet after he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and felony child endangerment.
Known widely for his roles on The Game and Ray Donovan, Hall is facing some serious charges.
According to TMZ, Hall has officially been criminally charged with felony abuse and DUI in relation to the car crash where he allowed his 2-year-old son to drive his car.
Hall, who blew a .25, more than three times the legal limit, is now facing a maximum of six years and six months in prison.
The actor's two-year-old son, who was uninjured during the incident, is now in the legal custody of Hall's wife, along with their other children. Details of the DCFS investigation that was launched as a result of the accident have yet to be revealed.
Per our previous story, the Ray Donovan star was arrested on earlier this fall after police say he was driving with a severely elevated blood alcohol level of .25 with his toddler son on his lap with his hands on the wheel. The car eventually crashed into a parked vehicle.
