Gotta love Iggy Azalea for her attitude towards plastic surgery. The pop star got her nose and boobs done earlier this year, and rather than go the typical celeb route of deny, deny, deny, she's actually been extremely forthcoming about her procedures and doesn't GAF what anyone thinks about it.

In fact, French Montana's rumored boo is so thrilled with her new features that she took to Instagram to thank the man who sculpted them for her, plastic surgeon Dr. Ghavami.

Iggy shared a heartfelt birthday message for the doc, reiterating how happy she is with his work. Sounds like these two are pretty close. "It might seem obvious I'd hold the man I owe my fabulous nose and breasts to in high regard," she wrote. "But vanity aside; Ash you're hilarious as hell, talented, eclectic, a progressive thinker & someone who supports women in their choice to do what they want with their OWN bodies (tons of men don't share that sentiment) So cheers to you! I'm proud to call you my friend."
