Jeezy Is Going on the Road to Preach ‘Church In These Streets’
We’re less than a month out from hearing Jeezy’s latest LP, Church In These Streets, and to get fans excited the preacher himself is stepping out to these streets for a quick tour.
Recently releasing his “Sweet Life” single featuring Janelle Monáe the Atlanta native announced a six-date run across the U.S. in preparation of the November 13 drop.
Kicking off a day before the album is slated to come out the concert series will begin at Highline Ballroom in New York City and make its way westward touching Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Atlanta and wrapping up in New Orleans.
Church In These Streets will be Jeezy’s eighth solo studio album and the follow-up to 2014’s Seen It All: The Autobiography. He released the album artwork for the project earlier this month.
Jeezy recently appeared at the Justice or Else rally in Washington D.C. over the weekend in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March. During the event he marched with protesters in support of an end to injustice in law enforcement, among other aims.
