Lil Uzi Vert shocked fans with facial piercings that appear to have been a pain to get.

This week, the “Eternal Atake” rapper, who’s nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns, revealed in posted videos that they have a full set of silver facial piercings. Among them are third eye, bridge, Madonna, dolphin bite, dimple and teardrop piercings.

While Uzi appeared to be dancing while debuting their new jewelry, fans were torn on whether they liked it or not, one joking that the artist looked like Pinhead from the 1987 horror film “Hellraiser.”

The piercings also come nearly four months after Uzi removed their reported $24 million forehead piercing of an oval-shaped 10-carat pink diamond. The diamond, implanted by New York-based jeweler Eliantte & Co, was ripped out by a group of Rolling Loud LA attendees in July 2021, which Uzi revealed to TMZ that September. Although the multi-million dollar piece wasn’t placed back into Uzi’s forehead, they kept it but had the wound filled with a barbell dermal piercing.

Additionally, Uzi has a set of knuckle dermal piercings and is inked up with full-body tattoos worth up to roughly $300,000. Their most expensive ink is Japanese-inspired tattoos of an Oni Mask and samurai warrior, which Uzi got in 2022.
