Chris Brown is accused of assaulting a woman in Colorado on his tour bus, according to TMZ.

TMZ is reporting that a woman claimed she was “forcibly” thrown off his bus and Brown and his entourage are at the center of the investigation. The incident happened on Monday night (Sept. 14) outside of the Platinum 84 Gentleman’s Club in Denver, where Brown, French Montana and Fetty Wap were shooting a video.

The woman, who wasn’t part of the video shoot, was kicked off the bus because she refused to give them her cellphone. In order for anyone to enter Brown’s tour bus, they must give up their phone because his team doesn’t want any video or photos leaking online.

The woman claims they broke her cell during the exchange. Police say that she filed a report for third degree assault. There’s also video surveillance from the strip club, which shows the whole thing go down.
