Report: Diddy and Drake Allegedly Fought Over ‘0 to 100’
A Grammy-nominated song was at the center of a clash between music superstars. Diddy punched Drake because of dispute over the chart-topping hit, "0 to 100/The Catch Up," TMZ reports.
Diddy reportedly hit the 28-year-old rapper at LIV nightclub in Miami Monday (Dec. 8) because he released the song without his blessing. Producer Boi-1da gave the beat to both of them, but Diddy didn’t move on it fast enough. Drake swooped in and released the track in June.
They hadn’t seen each other in eight months prior to the club run-in. Diddy verbally confronted the Toronto native first and Drizzy blew him off, prompting a physical altercation. A witness said Diddy uttered, “You’ll never disrespect me again,” before swinging.
Drake bruised his shoulder in the commotion, aggravating a previous injury, and was reportedly hospitalized. Neither side has confirmed or denied the fight story.
The squabble was originally rumored to be over Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, Cassie.
