Moving to Atlanta hasn't stopped the legal scrutiny following Justin Bieber. According to TMZ, police found marijuana in a black Escalade at the 19-year-old's rented mansion yesterday.

Authorities hit Bieber's house after a member of his security team allegedly stole a camera from a photog. This latest run-in stems from the Canadian singer closing down an amusement park, and the prying paparazzi surrounding him. 

One of Bieber's bodyguards reportedly told the paps to wait for the singer to come out the gates, rather than clamoring for shots. Someone among the bunch had words with the bodyguard, who snatched his camera and left in the waiting Escalade. The photographer followed the Escalade to Bieber's house.

Cops returned the camera to the photographer and the vehicle was towed to police headquarters. There was not enough weed in the car to warrant a drug bust, the police report says.

The bodyguard and driver were arrested on felony theft. Bieber was not charged or investigated by police, but the last thing he needs right now is another drug-related incident. His trial for DUI, driving without a license and resisting arrest begins next week.
