Flavor Flav, everyone’s favorite reality TV star and former member of Public Enemy, is expanding his business ventures to Las Vegas. Outside the Crazy Girls Strip Club in the Riviera Hotel and Casino on the strip, Flavor officially announced that work will begin Monday on the construction of "Flavor Flav's House of Flavor." However he won’t just be frying up chicken. He also plans to build a bar, store with Flav memorabilia, recording studio and stage. The grand opening is scheduled for May 30^th.

Mr. Flav started his chicken peddling in Iowa with a joint called Flav’s Fried Chicken. The secret recipe was his own creation, having grown up in a family that owned a diner and having gone to cooking school himself. However that restaurant had some trouble in the beginning of the month after employees claimed that their checks were bouncing. Hopefully this new house of Flav will keep their financials in order.
