Lamar Odom is on the road to recovery and he's taking the cameras with him.

According to Us Magazine, the former Lakers' star is taking a page out of his ex-wife Khloé Kardashian's book as he is confirmed to star in his own reality show surrounding his recovery.

The series will follow his road to recovery approximately one year following his near-fatal drug overdose. This all comes after news that he voluntarily checked into rehab near San Diego.

"He went to continue making sure he stays sober and on the right path," a source revealed. "It was something he chose to do."

The source also explained that, contrary to popular belief, Lamar did not check into rehab because of a relapse — he just wanted to start fresh for the new year.

In October 2015, Lamar suffered a near-fatal overdose at a brothel in Nevada. His former in-laws helped him get back on the straight and narrow following the incident.
