Developments in Death Row Records leader Suge Knight’s murder trial are still untangling even as more indictments appear to knot the legal saga up even further, such as a conspiracy to violate a court order charge.

This time, however, the new charge won’t be added to Suge’s laundry list of incriminations, but rather to his fiancée Toilin Kelly, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Kelly and Suge’s business partner Mark Blankenship were reportedly hit with the indictment back in July, reports THR, for allegedly selling a sealed video to TMZ for $55,000 — footage that’s deeply connected to the murder trial.  

The site reports that the video revealed the 2015 hit-and-run that claimed the life of Terry Carter and caused critical injury to Cle “Bone” Sloan before the release of N.W.A’s box office-breaking biopic, Straight Outta Compton. As a result, Suge has been pinned with murder and attempted murder charges in connection to the violent incident.

As for Kelly, the L.A. County District Attorney’s office reportedly named one count of conspiracy to violate a court order, conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft as charges she will face. Despite pleading not guilty to the charges, THR reports that prosecutors accuse her and Blankenship of sealing the deal after almost a month of negotiations and with knowledge that the footage was under a protective order.

Blankenship has not yet been arraigned. However, in the case they are found guilty, both could face three years maximum behind bars.
