See Angela Simmons Pay Homage To Beyoncé, Janet, Sade And More In Her Latest Beauty Shoot
Yesterday, at first glance you may have noticed what appeared to be a few #TBT posts of iconic album covers pre-maturely popping up on Angela Simmons Instagram feed.
But if you looked closely you'd realize that it was actually Angela all dressed up to pay homage to those she considers "some of the greatest singers of our time."
Just in time for Black History Month, the 30-year-old entrepreneur announced her first campaign with the lifestyle and luxe beauty brand Yummy Extensions. Instead of the usual run-of-the-mill photo shoot to showcase the new extension line, instead she decided to honor channel iconic singers Sade, Diana Ross, Janet Jackson and Beyoncé!
Peep below for some serious #blackgirlmagic:
Photographed by James Anthony, the series of photos were absolutely perfect at capturing the style of each album cover.
Much props to hairstylist Maisha Oliver, makeup artist Melissa R. Hibbért, and wardrobe stylist Bryon Javar, who recreated the looks with a fun, modern twist.
We see you, Angela!
