Justin Bieber Makes TIME Magazine's Top 100 List

The teenager shares the list with President Obama and Oprah.

Justin Bieber probably never thought he would see his name on the same list as the President of the United States. TIME Magazine has included the youngster on its annual list of the world's most influential people. The Bieb's mentor Usher had this to say about his meteoric rise:

"From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have. He was born a star. He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it. Now, looking back at his incredible run, the reality of who he is and what he's accomplished far exceeds anybody's expectations of him. What's interesting and will keep the world watching is that at the same time he's having this incredible success, he's like any other kid living a normal life...Stay tuned, because his story will get even better."

Both President Obama and the First Lady are on the list as well as media mogul Oprah Winfrey. Though Kanye West made the magazine's most influential Twitter list, he did not earn a spot on the TIME 100. Who do you think is missing from the list? Let us know in the comments.
