The Growing Up Hip Hop star is now coupled up with a biracial model named Kiana Alexis who has a story that many may consider incredibly inspirational.

The rapper-turned-actor isn't shy about claiming his gorgeous woman on social media.

Alexis, who now serves as a fashion model, is known for her healthy lifestyle habits, but that was not always the case. She often mentions her struggle with weight gain throughout her posts and admits to being bullied about her weight when she was younger.
