Mack Maine Charged With Sexual Battery and Assault

Rapper facing felonies for tour bus incident.

Rapper/Young Money Entertainment President Mack Maine (born Jermaine Preyan) is being served two felony criminal charges sexual battery and aggravated assault and battery for allegedly fondling a female fan and punching her friend in the face, reports TMZ.

The incident occurred during the America's Most Wanted tour. According to what's recorded in court documents, after the Oklahoma City show (Aug. 22), Maine invited Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox onto Lil Wayne's tour bus and groped Reed's breast. She slapped his hand away and as she and Maddox attempted to leave, he "held the door shut."

Once they broke out, "Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and [Maine] punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down." Reportedly, Maddox's jaw was broken in two places and she's been given a six-week liquid diet.

No court date has been set as of yet for Maine.
