In the ongoing custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, a judge has ordered the couple to work out an agreement amongst themselves…or else.

Appearing in a Fulton County court in Atlanta, the singer and his former wife were told by the judge to work out a custody contract in private mediation.

The two were given all morning to work out an agreement. But if they fail to come to terms they must face the judge again this afternoon where he will impose a temporary order, deciding how Usher and Tameka will split their time with their children.

The order will also address child support.
