Singer and actress Tisha Campbell-Martin stopped by Bossip recently for an interview that ended up taking a light-hearted, nostalgic turn.

Can you imagine asking Tupac to pass the mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving dinner?!

Tisha certainly can, as she once hosted Tupac and Jada Pinkett for such an occasion. The pair, who were an item at the time, came by to indulge in the best part of the Thanksgiving holiday — a home-cooked meal shared between friends and family.

“It’s not really anything,” Tisha recalls during the podcast. “It was just me, my husband, Jada, my friend AJ. I was the only one who knew how to cook at the time and I made Thanksgiving dinner and he [Tupac] came over and we were all chilling.”

When asked what Tupac had seconds of, the singer-actress was quick to throw out a humble brag about her cooking game.

“I think that year I messed up the turkey, no it wasn’t bleeding like Martin — but I think it was everything because I cook very, very well,” she says.
