Bow Wow Just Dropped A Bomb On The Rumor That He Was Raped By His Bodyguard

“I’ll never forget that sh**…”

In his tween years as a blossoming, bar-spitting rap talent, Shad Moss, then known as Lil Bow Wow, was the talk of the town while running with the Death Row Records and So So Def crews before barely hitting puberty.

Perhaps, that made the rumor that he was raped by his bodyguard as a minor all the more heinous, which he’s now addressed in his adulthood in an interview with VladTV.

Bow holds nothing back in calling the rumor downright “f**king ridiculous,” remembering it as the first one that ever came out during his career.

“I’ll never forget that sh** —I was in Paris coming back to the States, and I was going through the airport,” he recalls. “I believe I was going to Philly. I had to call into the radio stations to just clear that sh** up.”

He added that it never blemished his career anyway, but Bow understood that crazy rumors just come with the territory. He also never found out the culprit behind such gossip.

Elsewhere in the interview, he addressed another controversy from July 2016 where he responded to a fan on Twitter stating that he wasn’t Black and therefore can’t relate to the plights of Blacks during the Civil Rights Movement. In 2018, however, the former 106 & Park host says his words were taken out of context. He still holds onto the idea that he’s never experienced racism despite living in Atlanta for over 20 years of his life, he said. That’s not to say that the issues don’t bother him, he claimed, but he opts not to speak out because he faces scrutiny whenever he does.

Check out all he had to say about some of his latest (and oldest) controversies in the interview below.
