Amy Winehouse’s Home Was Robbed
As if the family of deceased soul singer Amy Winehouse wasn’t dealing with enough loss, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reports the deceased singer’s home was recently robbed of notebooks and unreleased songs.
According to police, two books are missing and her management says they are unable to find a guitar and lyrics from her unfinished third album. The paper says lyric books and letters belonging to the performer, who died at age 27 July 23, are also missing.
The robbery allegedly took place shortly after the singer’s death. They also note about 20 people had access to the Grammy award–winner’s home at the time of her death.
A source close to the family reportedly says, "This is such a sickening shock to the family." Police are presumably investigating.
