DDG went out with his old locs and in with a fresh cut to celebrate his Twitch subscriber milestone. 

On the final day of his week-long and 24/7 ‘Hit-a-Thon’ on the streaming platform, the content creator and rapper had friends trim off his locs after reaching 40,000 subscribers. While surrounded by his crew, DDG sat in front of a white backdrop and posed for pictures. Towards the 29-minute mark of the video below, DDG held his dyed locs before joking that he’s still “spiritually” connected to his “sky tops.”

“I'mma go right back to where I started. I'mma be a sky top again,” he added while getting his hair combed out. “I’ve got to grow everything out.”

In a follow-up stream, DDG showed his completely shaven look and told his viewers that he was now in a “different space.” 

“Now that the all the dreads gone you can see my face my structure, my earring, my

neck tat,” he said. “I've been getting a lot of compliments and I want y'all to know ladies I am single. So while y’all slide in my DM, be careful, okay, because I will act on it.”

DDG said he went from “corny to handsome in one night.” During his ‘Hit-a-thon’ subathon, guests included Shaboozey, Ty Dolla $ign, and Kai Cenat, while DDG also recorded an album in a week.
