See Inside the Posh NYC Pad Beyoncé Just Sold For $10M

It’s fit for a queen — Queen Bey, that is.

Beyoncé received a major cash return from the sale of her posh Manhattan pad. We know from the Carter’s recent massive real estate purchase in sunny California, the family is looking for a more “chill vibe” when it comes to living, so selling Bey’s city getaway only makes sense. According to 6qft, Beyoncé reportedly sold her glamorous midtown apartment for $10 million. While we're sure this is just chump change to her, to us mere mortals that's a hefty price tag.

Over the summer, the Carters purchased an estate in LA for $88 million and a home in the Hamptons for close to $26 million. So it’s pretty safe to say they are good when it comes to living options!

The Lemonade singer's former Manhattan pad is located at 151 East 58th Street in an exclusive New York Midtown East high-rise. The three-bedroom pad is located on the 44th (the number “4,” hmmm) floor and overlooks Central Park. The 11-foot high ceiling allowed Beyoncé to enjoy scenic views of the city that never sleeps after a long day of slaying.

The exquisite apartment also included white oak stripped wood floors, contemporary step moldings and a chef's kitchen. This wasn’t just any chef’s kitchen, of course. It’s a Queen’s chef’s kitchen equipped with Italian Basaltina stone counters and sleek stainless steel Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele appliances.

To ensure that Bey woke up “flawless,” the master bedroom featured a steam shower, separate tub, double sinks and extra storage for all her awards. NYC Beyhive, don’t give up hope of getting a glimpse of Mrs. Carter (and the twins). The Tribeca penthouse has not been placed on the market yet! So, technically, she's still a resident.
