Do you hear those wedding bells? Well, that's because the first Black Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay, finally tied the knot with her beau, Bryan Absalo, on Saturday (Aug. 24). And, of course, the dress was absolutely stunning!
The day we've all been waiting for has finally come! Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Absalo said, "I do," with a beautiful, beach-front wedding at the Royalton Suites Cancún in Mexico. Even though the Bachelor franchise alums didn't have a televised wedding, we did get to see Rachel looking stunning in her gown and Bryan looking dapper in his tuxedo.
Check Out Rachel Lindsay's Stunning Princess Wedding Gown:
We are obsessed with this floral-embellished, princess-style gown! Rachel tapped designer Randi Rahm, who was behind all Rachel's dresses and pantsuits during her season of The Bachelorette, to design her dream wedding dress. She revealed to People that she wanted to wear a gown that would make her hubby shed a tear!
"Brian’s always used to seeing me strong, in a bold outfit and in a pantsuit, because that’s my go-to... I thought, ‘I want to wear something that’s going to bring a tear to Brian’s eye.’ Most people see me a certain way, but Brian sees a softer side to me. I want to wear a dress that captures that."
How sweet! Rachel also said she wanted a lightweight, breathable dress for her beach-front wedding that would allow her to hit the dance floor!
We love that the first Black Bachelorette found love and the perfect, princess dress to match! We can't wait to see what's in store for Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Absalo!
