Remember back in January when Kim Kardashian took her plastic surgeon on a plane? Well, it turns out that very same doc who gave Kimmy her jet-set laser treatment is a fav of all the Kardashian ladies. Cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian, MD, the founder of the Epione clinic in Beverly Hills, California, spoke with Khloe Kardashian for her app on all things “work” related. Khloe credited her perfect skin to Dr. Ourian and then added, "A while ago, I made a comment about how some doctor f*cked up my face with fillers and I need the world to know that it wasn't Dr. Ourian, LOL!!! After that experience, I went back to Dr. Ourian and he totally dissolved the fillers and fixed me."

After posing some questions about his career in general, Khloe saved the best for last. "Who is your favorite Kardashian sister to work on?" she asked. While Dr. Ourian didn’t play favorites, he did offer his professional opinion about each individual sister he’s worked with.

"You are very dedicated to anything you are involved in," he said of Khloe. "You are intrigued by all the new and exciting things we can do and I love the transformation you have had with all your own hard work and a little help from me."

"Kim is very detail oriented and knows exactly what she wants and needs, so when I work on her, it is like working with a colleague and I really enjoy it," he continued.

And finally, on Kylie, who has had the hugest physical transformation of all, he said: "Kylie has become very wise in what she wants to have done and she has been going through an amazing metamorphosis over the past couple of years.”

"Amazing" is an understatement.
