Conor McGregor Slammed for Telling Floyd Mayweather Jr. 'Dance for Me, Boy'
Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor kicked off their joint promotional tour yesterday in Los Angeles to further hype their August 26 mega fight in Las Vegas. And predictably, they traded epic insults.
Mayweather guaranteed McGregor that he will be "going out on your face or on your back" and called him a "little b***h." Meanwhile, the UFC superstar boldly predicted that he'll knock Money out within four rounds while jabbing at the boxing legend's reported tax troubles by saying "he can't even afford a suit anymore."
But things took a turn when Mayweather started shadow boxing on stage inside of the Staples Center and McGregor yelled, "Dance for me, boy!"
Wait...what?
The racial overtones of the statement had fight fans and more calling the UFC sensation a racist. While Mayweather Sr. didn't think that McGregor was being racist, a lot of people disagreed.
