Chris Brown Hops on Beyoncé's 'Jealous' Track
Chris Brown is admitting to being “Jealous,” sort of.
A remix of the Beyoncé track landed online today, although it’s unclear if Breezy had anything to do with the release. (He’s currently in South Africa.)
With the exception of Brown’s added vocals, the remix isn’t much different from the version found on her last album. After Bey delivers her vocal confessional, Brown purges some of his own insecurities. He sings, “You can’t f--k with no exes,” he sings. “You got me no need for extras/You just love making me jealous. Hanging to with your girls all night, and staying out to tomorrow/ Girl you got me all kinda crazy, sippin' all on that bottle.”
Sure, he's just following Bey’s lyrical lead here, but some of the lyrics are ironic in light of his real-life relationship woes. Especially the line, “We fell in love in Texas,” which is where the mother of his daughter lives.
Karrueche Tran might not want to press play on this one.
