Nick Cannon Gives His Diet a Makeover
Last month, Nick Cannon was hospitalized after suffering from mild kidney failure and the actor/radio show host took the hint. He's since changed up his eating habits and says he's feeling healthier than before. In fact, he kicked off Sunday's Super Bowl game by hosting NBC's pre-show.
"This is a great place to get back and debut the healthy Nick," he told the Huffington Post on Sunday. "Everybody's out here having a good time, and you know people were worried like, `Is he going to be able to do the Super Bowl pre-show?' But I am 100 percent feeling good right now."
One of the reasons he says he's feeling so good these days is because of his new diet, which he says differs from wife Mariah Carey's own to lose weight after giving birth to their twins.
"I used to be a fast-food junkie," Cannon explained. "She gets to have higher protein, which isn't fair because I love my steaks and I can't eat that anymore. Her carbs are lower so we are both on a diet, but it is different."
