Stephon Marbury's Wife, Lamar Odom and 50 Cent's Exes Coming to Reality TV
Basketball Wives has a new leading lady. Stephon Marbury's wife, Tasha Marbury, is in final talks to join the cast of the often-controversial VH1 series, TMZ reports. Sources tell the gossip site that producers were looking for an "actual" wife to join the cast of mostly-exes, and Mrs. Marbury is a perfect fit because she is already friends with several current cast members.
Meanwhile, TLC is developing it's own Basketball Wives-style reality show, focused on exes of celebrities and professional athletes. Lamar Odom's ex and baby mama of his children, Liza Morales, has reportedly signed on, along with 50 Cent's ex Shaniqua Tompkins.
“This show isn’t going to be fake reality show,” one insider tells the Huffington Post. “It’s going to reveal the truth about a lot of men we thought we knew.”
No word about who else will talk trash about their famous exes on the series or when it will air, but sounds like it will give BBW and Hollywood Exes a run for their ratings.
