Steve Harvey's book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man was a media sensation, topping the New York Times bestseller list and landing Harvey on Oprah and The View.  The book gives blunt and humorous advice for women looking to be in relationships or who are already committed. 

Two years ago there was word a film would be released.  Now, the producer, Will Packer (Stomp the Yard, Takers) revealed via Twitter that the movie starts filming this summer.  He tweeted, "MY NEXT MOVIE BASED ON @IAmSteveHarvey’s bestseller “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man” shoots this summer… All my real up and coming actors stay tuned for casting info… All my 15MIN OF FAME ppl stay tuned to learn how you can win a walk on role. I’ll be on @IAmSteveHarvey’s show next Tues to give details."

Let's hope this movie is nothing like another relationship advice book-turned-film, He's Just Not That Into You -- in other words, a dry and dull romantic comedy. Here's to Harvey bringing a little more flavor!
