Kim Kardashian Appears To Reveal Kanye West’s New Album Title, Release Info And Tracklist
If you were waiting for new Kanye West music, you might not be waiting for much longer.
The Chicago native has seemingly announced his new album, along with 12 track titles and a September 27 release date, via his wife Kim Kardashian’s Twitter account.
On Thursday (August 29), Kim tweeted a photo that shows what looks like a tracklist with Christian-themed titles, an open Bible, notebooks, a flashlight and a jar of lemon wedges. At the top of the page was written, Jesus Is King, the presumed album title.
One of the titles is “Water,” the name of a song West performed during his Sunday Service at Coachella.
The September 27 date would fall exactly one year after West’s release date announcement for YANDHI, his highly-anticipated 2018 fall album which never saw the light of day. Several versions of the album have leaked online.
If Jesus Is King is the Grammy Award winner’s next full-length album, it will be his first gospel-themed effort since 2016’s The Life of Pablo. In 2018, he released Ye, a seven-song album recorded in Wyoming.
