New Details About R. Kelly Are Set To Air On NBC
Since the airing of Surviving R. Kelly earlier this month, it's evident that R. Kelly is feeling the wrath now that his secrets are no longer trapped in the closet. The dethroned singer-songwriter has been reportedly having panic attacks and is ready to sue just about everyone involved with the docu-series... but not before Chicago Police kicked down his door, demanding evidence and answers.
Today, NBC dropped another bombshell. Their extensive, in-depth prime-time series Dateline is set to air a live interview with one of Robert's former interns with new details about his deep-seated urge to assert dominance over women, sexually, physically and mentally.
The special will air this Friday, Jan. 18 at 10 p.m., EST
Fans are anxiously waiting to see what will be unearthed, because NBC used to produce the show To Catch a Predator and feels Robert would be the perfect candidate for a reboot.
This particular Dateline episode will be moderated by Andrea Canning and will feature a conversation with the parents of Joycelyn Savage, a woman who hasn't denied being held against her will on several occasions, and Robert's attorney, Steven Greenberg, who is standing behind his client's "plausible deniability."
