Tekashi 6ix9ine Responds To Allegations His Crew Was Involved In Chief Keef Shooting
Last night, 22-year-old rapper Chief Keef was reportedly shot at outside of a Midtown Manhattan hotel. All fingers are pointing to colorful rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine and his crew to be involved.
Allegedly, on June 2, the Chicago rapper was heading upstairs to his room at the W Hotel in New York City when he was confronted by two men with guns. Shots were fired, but Keef was not hit and he fled to his hotel room for safety. The rapper told the New York Post that he believes Tekashi was involved, “It’s just beef between me and the rapper 6ix9ine.”
Tekashi69 spoke out about the accusation, simply writing on Instagram, "No way." He also told TMZ him or his crew were not involved in the shooting. In addition, he denies that his crew were involved in shooting outside of Los Angles music studio where Fetty Wap was recording.
The Keef shooting came just a day after Tekashi made a post threatening Keef and Lil Reese. However, the post is now deleted.
Police are reportedly investigating both shootings.
