DMX Will Be Coming To A TV Screen Near You (Again)
DMX is gearing up for another bout in the spotlight by taking his talents to reality TV.
According to Variety, the docu-series tentatively titled In the Dog House will see DMX take on the reigns of executive production through his partnership with Kingdom Reign Entertainment. Following his recent stint in rehab, the series is set to give viewers an intimate look inside the life of the hip-hop titan as he preps his forthcoming album and attempts to repair his relationship with his 15 children.
“I’m just excited to get back out there and show my fans that I’m still a force to be reckoned with in hip-hop and invite them into my vast world of spirituality and growth,” X said of the lofty project.
With a 44-year prison sentence for tax evasion looming on the horizon, it remains to be seen if the unpredictable rapper will have enough time to right his wrongs before he learns his fate. Upon its completion, the series is set to be shopped around this month to several major TV networks through its deal with ITV America.
The news of X's return to the small screen comes fresh on the heels of his collaboration with Timberland for their Engineered Garments exclusive release. Take a look at X's newest venture with the renowned footwear brand below.
