Here’s the Culprit Behind Drake’s Reported Home Burglary
Among many other nicknames, Drake’s "Champagne Papi" moniker is especially reserved for the ladies of his global fandom and his savvy for R&B vibes and vocals.
What he might not have expected to come from his charm, however, is a case of modern-day fatal attraction that resulted in his home burglary and, fortunately enough, will cost the “Teenage Fever” artist about $10 to make up for.
According to TMZ, an unnamed, and probably unstable, female fan broke into the OVO head’s home on April 3 where she was discovered by a member of his crew.
Once police were called on the 24-year-old woman, she simply claimed that she had permission for the unannounced visit. And while she didn’t get to meet the host of honor, Drake, she did admit to making herself at home in his absence by coming up off a Sprite, a Pepsi and a Fiji water. There were reportedly no signs of forced entry nor any details of how she got into the house. She will, however, be hit with a felony burglary charge for the illegal home entry, TMZ concludes.
