Ray J Has a Response Record and Video to Kanye West's 'Famous'
Kanye West made a splash with his “Famous” video.
Featuring the naked bodies of his wife, Kim Kardashian, his ex, Amber Rose, Donald Trump, Bill Cosby and pretty much anyone with any kind of controversy surrounding them. It also featured Ray J, who is Kim’s ex.
It’s been a minute since the video was first released, however Ray J’s not gonna let it slide. First considering legal action, the reality star and musician has decided instead to respond through music.
Overheard recently interviewed Ray J in North Hollywood and asked him about his forthcoming album Raydemption. He says it’ll be a fully visual work and will feature a lead single/video titled “Famous.” The song is supposedly a rebuttal to Ye’s version and even features Chris Brown, because apparently including only himself isn’t controversial enough.
“You can’t fault me and Chris for responding to all the things that have been done about us [in the media] over the last few months,” he said without mentioning any names.
The LP will stream exclusively through LookHu. Byron Booker, CEO of the visual streaming platform, says Raydemption will be "a controversial record in which Ray sets the record straight, reclaims his power and moves forward."
Oh boy. Well, when life gives you lemons… ah screw it. There’s no word on when Raydemption will be released. However, we're sure you'll know when you hear the internet explode.
