In a shocking twist of events, reality starlet-turned-entrepreneur Kim Kardashian-West met with Donald Trump to discuss prison reform earlier today (May 30). The details of Kardashian's trip to the White House have been shared on social media.

Kardashian-West met with Trump and senior adviser Jared Kushner advocating for low-level drug offender Alice Marie Johnson's prison sentence to be pardoned. Johnson has currently served more than two decades in prison.

Trump took to Twitter sharing a photo opp from their meeting.

Kardashian's decision to meet with Trump came as a surprise to many. Back in 2016, Kardashian announced her support for Domeocratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

While she sided with the left, her husband Kanye West announced his departure from the democratic party to the republican party by meeting with Trump wihen he was President-elect. The rapper has since gone on to publicly tweet out his support of Trump and even sported a "Make America Great Again" hat to show allegience.
