The dissolving of Tamar Braxton and Toya Wright's friendship happened before everyone's eyes as the two went at it on social media, resulting in the singer slamming the TV personality for her "paperback" release and the reality star firing back with the read of the century.

Now that the dust has settled, the "Pick Me Up" crooner is touching on their heated disagreement, and she explained that she's hurt, most of all, by Toya's failure to acknowledge that they were even friends in the first place.

During a promo stop at Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club for her new album, Bluebird of Happiness, Tamar revealed that while their friendship may be past the point of reconciliation, it hurt her most to learn that the now pregnant reality star didn't hold their friendship in the same regard as she did.

"I had no idea that that wasn't my friend," Tamar said after the co-hosts aired a clip of Toya explaining that they weren't that close. "This is one of the things that hurt me the most. I'm not gonna cry — when her brothers died, that really affected me. Tiny and I were together and we both called her. I just found it really hard to hear her say that that was a 'nice gesture.'"

In regards to Tamar's unfollowing spree on Instagram, she added that she did not understand why that bothered Toya so much and even claimed that she still has no idea what caused them to butt heads.

"I had no idea [that we had beef]. On God, I had no idea," she said. "I'm not the kind of person — I'm so blessed and so unbothered that if someone wants to get on a television show of mine, why do I care? That's not a check coming out of my pocket. It's really important for me for all of my friends to be successful... You can be offended if you want to, but that's still my feelings. Unfollowing somebody should not define a relationship."
