You’ll Never Believe How Zendaya Coleman Is Celebrating Her 21st Birthday
Zendaya Coleman is known celebrating her birthdays by giving back to the community. This year is no different. The Spider-Man Homecoming star recently revealed that in honor of her 21st birthday, she’s teaming up with Convoy of Hope! to help victims of Hurricane Harvey.
“With the devastation of #HurricaneHarvey I knew what this year’s birthday project had to be… I called my friends at @convoyofhope to help. Here’s how you can get involved too,” she shared in an video message posted to Instagram.
Encouraging her fans and social media followers to get involved she added, “No contribution is too small, and it’s super easy to help.”
Zendaya’s mission to help others on her birthday began when she turned 18 and raised enough money to feed over 150 kids in Haiti, Tanzania and the Philippines with the help of FeedOne. For her following birthday, Zendaya assisted a family of three South African boys who were left orphaned when their parents died from AIDS-related complications. Last year, she teamed up with Convoy of Hope! to raise $50,000 in honor of their women’s empowerment initiative.
We can only imagine how what organization she’ll team up with next year.
