The drama between Kenya Moore and her ex-boyfriend Matt Jordan just got a little nastier as the personal trainer went on a pretty epic rant about the Real Housewives of Atlanta star on Instagram.

In the extremely lengthy read, he started off urging the reality star to stop lying about the storyline that's currently being portrayed on the reality show.

"Please stop lying!!! The whole abusive boyfriend thing I'll let it play out even though I was totally against the whole idea in the first place," he wrote.

He didn't stop there — Matt went on to pretty much call the beauty queen old and pathetic, saying, "Sweetie you are 45 years old and single."

On top of that, he went on to explain that Kenya allegedly contacted his publicist to have a picture of him and Marlo Hampton pulled down because folks were apparently saying he looked better with her. He even said that Miss Gone With the Wind Fabulous kept him from attending a fitness event her nemesis on the show, Porsha, was throwing.
