Jim Mora's Hilarious Response to Coaching Hip Hop Royalty
UCLA football coach Jim Mora has the sons of rap royalty playing for him in redshirt junior Justin Combs (son of Diddy) and freshman wide receiver Cordell Broadus (son of Snoop Dogg).
And when asked by TMZ Sports how it is coaching them, Mora's response was hilarious.
"I've got the East Coast and West Coast rap game covered," Mora said with a smile.
As busy as both Diddy and Snoop are, they have proven to be football fathers through their sons' journeys. Long way from that East and West Coast rap beef, right?
"You know what? We don't look at them like celebrity dads. They're fathers of players," Mora continued. "Their sons are amazing young men, who stand on their own, but it's always nice to have that energy around your program."
Mora did plead the fifth, though, when asked whose music he enjoys more, answering "both exactly the same."
