Lebron James’s mother, Gloria, is once again in trouble with the law. According to TMZ, she was arrested early this morning in Miami Beach for allegedly assaulting a parking valet. Law enforcement told the tabloid site that the incident took place at the Fontainebleau Hotel.

According to hotel sources, Gloria was out partying with some of her friends and got into an altercation with a valet parking attendant when she tried to leave. At 4:47 a.m., police received a call regarding the incident, and Gloria was eventually arrested on “suspicion of misdemeanor assault." The valet was not arrested.

A rep for the hotel confirmed the incident with TMZ but had no further comment.

LeBron was in Miami last night where the Heat played—and lost—to the Bucks. This wasn't his mother's first run-in with the law. In 2006, Gloria was arrested for a DUI in Ohio.
