50 Cent Claims Hacker Used His Account for Crypto Scheme, Making $300 Million in 30 Minutes

The hip-hop mogul maintains, “I have no association with this.”

Rap legend and successful business mogul Curtis “50 Cent”Jackson says he’s the victim of a crypto scheme that gave hackers a multi-million dollar pay-day. 

The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ emcee took to Instagram to share that a scammer had breached his Twitter account and Thisis50.com, using them to promote a cryptocurrency and raking in $300 million in just 30 minutes.

“My Twitter & Thisis 50.com was hacked,” Fif wrote. "I have no association with this Crypto. Twitter worked quickly to lock my account back down. Who ever did this made $300,000,000 in 30 minutes."

50's Instagram post included screenshots of the $GUNIT crypto, which started under $1 million in market value and quickly skyrocketed.
