Tamar Braxton is clearing up the divorce and domestic violence rumors that have plagued her marriage to Vince Herbert for years, once and for all. She did so by basically saying whoever called 911 in the now-infamous hotel room finger-biting incident last August a liar.

"Every single year, I don't know if you remember, me and Vince are getting a divorce," she says about the never-ending rumors on Essence Live. "I don't know where this is coming from," Tamar said. "But the devil is lie, and we're together."

When asked if the 911 call actually happened, Tamar answered, "I didn't call 911, I don't have a male assistant. It's just Vince and I, when we travel together, we don't have security."

Does that settle it once and for all, or does it raise even more doubt?
