Vanessa Williams Says Plastic Surgery and Fillers Are a 'No' For Her

"I don't want to look like anybody else," said the actress.

Vanessa Williams is making it clear that going under the knife is a no-go for her.

In an interview with Page Six, the living legend told the outlet, "No, no, no, no, no, not yet," while at the opening of The Cottage on Broadway.

Although the former 1983 Miss America pageant winner –and first Black woman to win the crown in that competition– is opposed to getting nipped and tucked, she admitted that Botox is her guilty pleasure. Last year, she revealed to the New York Post that her secret to looking great is "Knowing where to get good Botox."

And why? The Ugly Betty alum's answer is simple. "I don't want to look like somebody else."

Williams also admitted to Page Six that “I don’t do fillers” and that lying on an operating table to elevate her outer beauty would be the “very last thing.”

She told the outlet of the advancements in tech over the years in the beauty industry, "The technology now for lifting, sculpting, tightening, is incredible. And there's a machine for anything."

She prefers a skin-tightening at-home treatment that requires no downtime. "I just got it a microcurrent thing for your neck, it was called Forma, and it's like a total package facial.

Earlier this year, the Tony nominee marked a significant milestone by turning 60-year-old, motivating her to take her health up a notch. "It was like my goal," she said. "I turned 60 in March, and I'm like, 'Damn it. I'm going to get in shape. I'm going to eat right. I'm going to work my ass off.'"

As she reaches for new heights in her fitness journey, which includes kickboxing and weightlifting, she said, “I’m just loving life.”
