Blueface Expected To Be Released On $50K Bail, Following Arrest
Blueface is likely to be released from jail after he was arrested on Tuesday (Nov. 15) for an attempted murder charge.
According to News3LV, the rapper (born Jonathan Jamall Porter) was sent to Clark County Detention Center and later appeared in court on Wednesday (Nov. 16), where a judge set his bail at $50,000.
“[It is] likely that Mr. Porter is going to make that bail,” the judge is heard saying.
In accordance with making bail, the 25-year-old agreed to not come into contact with the alleged victim, to keep all of his communication with his attorneys and to stay out of trouble.
BET.com previously reported that the rapper's attempted murder arrest is reportedly connected to an incident where he is accused of pulling a gun and shooting at the driver of the truck. New video footage shows the rapper outside a Las Vegas club back in October 2022 where he allegedly draws out a weapon and fires it several times at the driver.
Legal documents connected to the warrant for his arrest state that he was arrested for felony attempted murder with the use of a deadly firearm, and discharging a gun into a house, building, vehicle, or craft.
