Jeremy Meeks has reportedly won custody of his son after making a deal with his ex-wife.

The “prison bae”-turned fashion model agreed to pay his wife a six-figure settlement in order to obtain primary custody. TMZ is reporting that the agreement was reached shortly after Jeremy and his now ex-wife Melissa Meeks’ divorce was finalized.

Jeremy and Melissa’s original divorce deal actually had her gaining primary physical custody with a 70/30 split in time with each parent. That is flipping under the deal, starting this summer. Jeremy’s son Jr is expected to live with his dad and dad’s girlfriend Chloe Green.

Jr. is reportedly already enrolled in a private school where he’ll begin attending this fall.
