Azealia Banks Is Halfway Done With Her Sophomore Album
Lately Azealia Banks has been a bit quieter on social media, but she hasn't exactly been quiet in the booth.
The "Chasing Time" rapper recently told NME that she has recorded about half of her sophomore album, Business and Pleasure. The follow-up to her 2014 album Broke With Expensive Taste, which was a surprise digital drop (shout out to Beyoncé) is expected to be released next year.
As for her noticeable change in attitude? She's grown up and is way over the days where adrenaline may have led to someone's feelings getting hurt a time or two. Oh, and like she said, she's also a lady.
"I’m done with that. I’ve done it already. You’ve seen me curse people out. Let’s do something else now."
Until we get Business and Pleasure, we're going to continue to rock Broke With Expensive Taste and figure out ways to feed our wannabe Hollywood shopping habits on a budget so tight that we may be able to squeeze 11 dimes out of a dollar.
