Maggie Gyllenhaal: "There Is Racial Diversity in My Life"
White House Down has given Maggie Gyllenhaal the opportunity to blend two of her passions: acting and politics.
The outspoken actress, who plays a secret service agent in the action film, talks to us about the political message in her popcorn flick. "I would make transparent what the government is doing," she said when we asked what's the first thing she would change if she were president. "Citizens deserve to know."
The mother of two also talks about working with Viola Davis, Morgan Freeman and supporting racial diversity in both her films and her personal life.
