‘Tyler Perry’s The Oval:’ Five Surprising Moments From This Season So Far
This season of “Tyler Perry’s The Oval” has been a wild ride, as expected. However, when it comes to this show, you may still be caught off guard by some of the storylines, even when you’re expecting things to get crazy. Here are a few of the most surprising plot twists from the season thus far.
Simone and Bobby
Bobby is definitely a man who likes sex with anyone, it seems, so it wasn’t odd to think that he might try to seduce Simone, the second lady. The surprise is that it actually happened the other way around. Simone, who initially seemed so poised and demure, successfully seduced him and exacted revenge on her husband for sleeping with the first lady.
Barry’s Body Not Being Barry’s Body
Barry has been missing for a while, and before this season, it was believed that he was dead based on a corpse that was found. It turned out that that body wasn’t Gary’s after all, but we might be closer to finding out where he is.
The First Lady Getting Locked Up/Knocked Out
It’s not surprising that Eli and Victoria got caught having sex; that was inevitable because they were being reckless, but it wasn’t a sure thing that Hunter would be bold enough to put Victoria in jail, yet he did it. It was even wilder when she hit her head and pretended to be knocked out just so that she could get out of her cell for a while.
Dale Being a Prostitute
It was obvious that Dale was running from something, but him having a belligerent pimp on his heels was insane.
Priscilla Agreeing to Join Forces With Hunter
Priscila has every reason to hate Hunter, especially because his son murdered her cousin, and he had a hand in covering it up. But Priscilla’s hatred for Victoria is much stronger given that Victoria slept with Sam, and now, Priscilla is on a mission to see Vikki suffer. Hunter’s day is probably coming too, and Priscilla might have a hand in that too, but Victoria must go first.
